Having Trouble Submitting Your Story? Read This First
If you’ve finished writing your story, tested it using Stylefit (or feel confident about it), it’s time to submit it for judging. Follow the guide below to make the process simple and smooth.
Individual Submission (Single Entry)
1. Save Your Story – Save your story as a Word document using the following naming format: Story Title-First Name-Year Level.docx
Example:
Brave-New-World-Billie-Y4.docx
2. Save Your Stylefit Grid Screenshot – Take a screenshot of your Stylefit grid and save it as a PNG, JPG, or JPEG using the same naming format as above.
Example: Brave-New-World-Billie-Y4.png
3. Submit Online – Visit this link: Online Form Submission. Fill in your details and upload both your story file and Stylefit grid image.
4. Click ‘Submit’ – You’re Done!

School Submission (Multiple Entries)
1. Save Each Student’s Story – Each student’s story should be saved as a Word document using this format: Story Title-First Name-Year Level.docx
Example: Brave-New-World-Billie-Y4.docx
2. Save Each Stylefit Grid Screenshot – Take a screenshot of each student’s Stylefit grid and save it as a PNG, JPG, or JPEG using the same naming format as their story.
Example: Brave-New-World-Billie-Y4.png
3. Download the Batch Submission File – Download the
Batch-Submission.csv
file from this link: Download CSV
4. Enter Student Details – Open the CSV file and enter each student’s information. Use the sample entry in the file as your guide.
5. Submit it by Email – Zip all story files and Stylefit grid images into one folder. Email both the completed CSV file and the ZIP file of student entries to our trusted partner at content@spike.co.nz, or send them directly to me at suraya@stylefit.co.nz.
6. Confirmation – You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your school’s entries.
Important: Make sure each file name matches the name listed in the CSV file. Every entry must be clearly named and unique to each student.
